         Bogibeel Bridge is one of the largest bridge ever constructed in India. It is built over the Brahmaputra river and connects the Dhemaji district and Dibrugarh district located in the north eastern state of India, Assam. It is a rail cum road bridge with a length of 4.98 kilometers. It is Asia’s second longest rail cum road bridge. It was inaugurated on 25 th of December,2018 by the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.            It is the 4 th rail road bridge constructed over the Brahmaputra river. This bridge was constructed by the Hindustan Construction Company. The foundation of this bridge was laid in January 1997, by the then Indian Prime Minister H.D. The movement soon spread across to Egypt, Libya, Jordan, Oman etc. These movements were civil movements, which were carried out against the government of these respective countries.
